    Ferrite Magnet Widely Used In Industrial Production

    Ferrite Magnet is a permanent magnet which is mainly made of SRO or Bao and $literal as raw material. It was developed early by gifted magnetic company, and compared with other permanent magnet magnets, ferrite magnets are hard and brittle with low magnetic energy. However, it is not easy to demagnetization and easy to corrode, the production process is simple and inexpensive, so the ferrite magnets in the whole magnet industry have the highest output and are widely used in industrial production.

    Ferrite magnets belong to sintered permanent magnets, composed of barium and strontium ferrite, the magnetic material in addition to a strong demagnetization performance, but also low-cost advantages. Ferrite magnets are rigid and brittle and require special machining processes. Because the opposite direction of the magnet is oriented, it must be magnetized along the direction of orientation, while the same-sex magnets may be magnetized in any direction because of the lack of orientation, although a slightly stronger magnetic induction will be found in the face of the pressure surface which is often the smallest. The Magnetic energy product range is between 1.1MGOe to 4.0MGOe. Because of low cost, ferrite magnets have a wide range of applications, from motor, speakers to toys, handicrafts, and thus is currently the most widely used permanent magnet materials.

    The powder metallurgy method is used to produce and lower residual magnetism, and the permeability is small. The coercivity is larger, the demagnetization ability is strong, especially suitable for the magnetic circuit structure used for dynamic working conditions. The material is hard and brittle and can be used for cutting and processing of emery tools. The main raw materials are oxides, so it is not easy to corrode. Operating temperature: 40 ℃ to +200℃.

    Ferrite magnets are also divided into the opposite sex (heterogeneity) and various same-sex (equal to sex). The magnetic properties of the sintered ferrite permanent magnets are weak, but they can be magnetized in different directions of the magnets. The heterogeneous sintered ferrite permanent magnets have strong magnetic properties, but they can only be charged along the predetermined magnetizing direction of the magnet.

    In the actual ferrite magnet production, the chemical composition good raw materials, sometimes may not be able to obtain the performance and the microstructure good ferrite magnet, its reason is the physical performance influence. The physical properties of the listed iron oxides include an average particle size APS, a specific surface area SSA and a loose density BD. Because iron oxide is about 70% of Mn-Zn ferrite Magnet formula, its APS value has a great influence on the APS value of Ferrite magnet powder. In general, the small iron oxide APS, ferrite Magnet Powder of the APS value is also small, to facilitate the speed of chemical reaction. However, the APS value should not be too small, considering that the powder particles are not good for the latter and the sintering is easy to crystallize. Obviously, when the value of the ferric oxide APS is too large, it can only carry out the diffusion reaction of the spinel phase because of the large particle size, and it can not further the grain growing process. This will lead to the improvement of the activation required during sintering and is not conducive to solid-phase reaction.
